Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executives with at least 6 months of sales experience. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, field visits, and networking.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.

  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.

  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure business growth and customer retention.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (real estate experience is not required).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

  • Comfortable working 6 days a week, including weekends.

  • Own vehicle preferred (field travel may be required).
