We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping the company grow.
This role is suitable for freshers with strong communication skills as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or via other platforms.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Follow up regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) for effective onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements: For Freshers:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a team player.
For Experienced (1–2 Years):
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
