About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, promoting company services, and building long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have an interest in sales, marketing, and client management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Communicate with domestic/international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Promote company products and services to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or digital services.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Qualifications
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
