ABOUT THE ROLE
At Vutto, we're building India's most trusted brand in pre-owned bikes. We’re growing fast and expanding our direct-from-customer procurement model — and we need sharp, detail-oriented sales professional to onboard used bike dealers across the assigned region. If you’ve worked with bikes, know your way around an engine, and want to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance team — this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Onboard and manage used bike dealers across the assigned region to expand the company’s dealer network.
Drive dealer activation through regular market visits, relationship building, and structured follow-ups to achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
Own assigned territory by identifying, visiting, and converting prospective dealers into active partners.
Manage the complete dealer onboarding lifecycle, including lead generation, pitching, documentation, training, and go-live support.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers to ensure engagement, retention, and consistent business flow.
Track dealer performance, leads, and conversions using Google Sheets and CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and performance analysis.
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback to internal teams to optimize onboarding and sales strategies.
KEY REQUIREMENT
2-3 years of experience in field sales/ from FMCG industry preferably
Good communication/convincing skills
Graduation in any stream/ BBA preferred
Good understanding of bikes/ and parts (preferred)
Good familiarity of Jaipur Network
