Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the film and media industry and a strong understanding of post-production workflows. This role is responsible for managing all inbound sales inquiries, converting qualified leads into paying clients, and building long-term relationships that drive repeat business.
Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to all incoming sales inquiries (internal channels).
· Qualify leads to determine if their needs align with our services and capabilities.
· Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions and project details.
· Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to prepare accurate and compelling proposals and project quotes.
· Negotiate project terms and pricing to successfully close sales deals.
· Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
· Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.
· Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand the client's creative vision, project scope, budget, and timeline.
· Act as a consultant, guiding clients on the best post-production solutions to meet their goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in marketing, communication.
Proven experience 2 years at least as a sales executive, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within the film, media, or creative services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Proficiency in CRM software.
A solid understanding of the post-production workflow, including editing, sound design, color correction, and VFX.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
