Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–4 years (Sales / Business Development)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive sales growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a result-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution

• Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports

• Handle customer objections and close deals professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• 2–3 years experience in Business Development / Sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Experience in inside sales / retail / Ecommerce / B2C sales is a plus
