Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives and market research. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and online research

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Present company products/services effectively to potential clients

  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions

  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems

  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to generate leads through cold calling, emails, social media, and networking

  • Good understanding of sales processes and client acquisition strategies

  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
