Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Intern
Company Type: Third Party Aggregator (Working on Government Projects, NAPS & NATS)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
Post-Internship: Salary will be increased based on performance


Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Intern to support our business growth activities related to government projects and apprenticeship programs (NAPS & NATS). The intern will assist in identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with clients, and supporting partnership development.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities in government and apprenticeship projects (NAPS & NATS).

  • Support the business development team in client acquisition and relationship management.

  • Coordinate with employers, training partners, and stakeholders for project execution.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic reports.

  • Maintain client and lead data in Excel/CRM.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Support documentation and onboarding process for new clients/projects.

  • Follow up with prospective clients and partners through calls and emails.


Eligibility / Requirements:

  • Graduate or pursuing final year of Graduation (BBA / B.Com / BCA / BA or any relevant stream).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email drafting.

  • Interest in business development, sales, and government projects.

  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn about NAPS & NATS projects
