Job Description

• Manage inbound enquiries received through website, paid campaigns, SEO, referrals, and other marketing channels.

• Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and business needs.

• Respond to prospects through email, phone, and WhatsApp in a timely manner.

• Schedule meetings with consultants and leadership.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages, and track follow-ups.

• Execute email and WhatsApp follow-up campaigns to nurture leads.

• Support outbound business development through email, LinkedIn, and database-driven outreach.

• Assist in maintaining relationships with strategic partners and professional networks.

• Prepare weekly pipeline, lead status, and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Relevant certifications in sales, CRM, or digital marketing are an added advantage.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Strong email drafting and client communication skills.

• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar).

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
