Overview:

We are seeking candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills to work as Business Development Executives to develop the market for our Hospital Claims Management Software. Fresh MBA/BTech/ BE graduates who are eager to learn, assist in business growth activities, and gain hands-on experience in market development under the guidance of senior professionals may apply for this exciting opportunity


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify prospective customers suitable for company’s products and services in your geographical region of work.

  • Market Strategy: Develop a suitable market strategy and sales pitch to acquire customers in your allocated geographical region.

  • Client Meetings:  Represent the company and its products & services, to prospective clients’ and understand client requirements.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential clients to support business strategy.

  • Lead Support: Build strong wish list of prospective customers and convert them into business.

  • Documentation: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and client use.

  • Team Coordination: Work with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure alignment of business development efforts.

  • Reporting: Update activity logs, follow-up reports, and client interaction details regularly.


Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA (Marketing / IT / Healthcare Management) BE/ BTech/ BBA.

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher are welcome).

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Good presentation and coordination skills.

    • Interest in sales, marketing and ITES.

  • Attributes:

    • Eager to learn from senior professionals.

    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mind-set.

    • Willing to travel locally for client support and meetings.
