Job Title: BDE (Business Development Executive)

Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, convincing skills, lead generation

Experience: 0 to 4years

Education: Graduate or under grad with good experience and good comms

Job Location: Pushpanjali Enclave ( Near to Pitampura)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business leads and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, clearly outlining the benefits and features of the company’s products or services.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential new markets, client needs, and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.

Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

Negotiate Contract s: Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies and profitability goals.

Achieve Revenue Targets: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Prepare Sales Reports: Provide regular reports on sales activity, new business, and market conditions to management, including detailed analysis and insight.
