We are looking for an enthusiastic BDE – HRMS Software Sales to promote and sell HRMS solutions to startups, SMEs, and enterprises. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, product demos, and closing software subscriptions.
Generate leads and approach potential clients for HRMS software
Conduct product presentations and demos
Understand client HR requirements and propose suitable solutions
Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Good communication and negotiation skills
Experience in SaaS / HRMS / software sales preferred
Target-driven mindset
Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage
