Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and other online platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Communicate effectively with international clients (US/UK/Europe) via calls, chats, and emails.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate business solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up with leads to close deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

• Maintain CRM records and update client information regularly.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must-have).

• Strong lead generation and client handling abilities.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of IT / Digital Marketing / Web & App Development services (preferred).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
