Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Digital Marketing
Location: Mota Varaccha
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to promote our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services like SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and building long-term client relationships to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Pitch our digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Follow up consistently and convert leads into business.

  • Maintain and update the lead database and CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure client needs are delivered smoothly.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services and their business value.

  • Good negotiation and client handling skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
