Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for students exploring careers in global finance. You will understand their career goals, provide relevant program guidance, handle leads, and drive admissions through a consultative and student-centric sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Career Counselling & Student Guidance
Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and aspirations.
Recommend suitable programs such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, EA, and CFA based on their interests and eligibility.
Explain course structure, examination patterns, career opportunities, salary potential, and global career prospects.
Build trust with students and provide professional career guidance.
Inside Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, webinars, and other channels.
Make outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
Understand student requirements, pitch relevant programs, handle objections, and drive enrolments.
Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the admission journey.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Lead Management & CRM
Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up schedules, call notes, and student status in the CRM.
Work with CRM platforms such as NeoDove, LeadSquared, Freshsales, or similar tools.
Track daily and weekly calls, conversions, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
Ensure timely updates of all lead activities in the CRM.
Student Relationship Management
Build strong and long-term relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
Assist students throughout the admission and onboarding process.
Maintain a professional and student-friendly approach while handling queries and concerns.
Product & Market Knowledge
Stay updated on global finance and accounting certifications.
Understand industry opportunities, admission policies, career paths, and competitor offerings.
Effectively communicate NSA's key differentiators, including placements, study materials, faculty expertise, and student outcomes.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Academic Counselling, or EdTech sales.
Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
A consultative and value-driven approach to sales.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Confidence in handling calls, objections, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Ability to work toward and consistently achieve monthly admission targets.
A genuine interest in helping students build successful careers.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as NeoDove, LeadSquared, or Freshsales will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPA
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Important Work Conditions
Work Mode: Work from Office – Koramangala, Bangalore.
Working Days: 6 days a week, including weekends.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
No fixed weekend off.
First 30 Days: Paid leave is not permitted during the first 30 days of employment.
Training Period: No leave is permitted during the training period. If leave is taken during training, the formal joining date will be postponed accordingly.
