Business Development Associate (BDA) – K12 School Partnerships
Location: Lucknow & Agra (Uttar Pradesh) and Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with K12 schools.
• Connect with school decision-makers including Principals, Academic Heads, Coordinators, and Management.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools and institutional clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Participate in school visits, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events.
