Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. This is a field role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, client engagement, and hands-on sales execution in the road construction and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and connect with potential clients; build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve or surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets within your designated region.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Gather and analyze market intelligence to support sales strategy and uncover new opportunities.
Product Presentations & Demonstrations
Deliver in-person presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on product features and benefits.
Sales Negotiation & Closure
Lead the negotiation process and finalize deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Utilize cold calling, referrals, industry events, and digital tools to generate high-quality leads.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and efficient issue resolution.
Reporting & Documentation
Keep CRM and internal databases updated with sales activity logs, follow-ups, and client status.
Internal Collaboration
Work with internal departments including marketing, product, and technical teams for client solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream prefered Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of field sales experience in any industry, preferably in road construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
Key Skills:
Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Client-focused approach with a strong relationship-building capability
Self-starter with good time management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with market awareness
Team player with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
