Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager – Veterinary Division

Location Coverage: Mumbai, Pune, Entire Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh
CTC: ₹7–10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage sales across assigned zones: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and MP.
Formulate and implement zonal sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Business Development Executives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary professionals, distributors, and institutions.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking.
Execute field activities, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, reporting, and collection efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies and process compliance.
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to boost overall performance.
Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in veterinary sales, with minimum 3 years in a zonal/regional leadership role.
Strong business acumen, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of regional markets and product positioning.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualification: B.V.Sc / B.Sc (Agri/Life Science) preferred; MBA is a plus.
