About the Role:

Venus Consulting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Business Development professional to join our team in Noida Sector 1. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships and supporting the team in delivering business objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Handle client communication, queries, and requirements professionally.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue.

• Manage projects and ensure timely execution of assigned responsibilities.

• Handle and coordinate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
