We are hiring a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage and coordinate tendering processes. The role involves preparing tender documents, checking eligibility criteria, managing deadlines, and coordinating with clients and internal departments for submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and track relevant tenders (Govt./Private)

• Prepare and compile tender documents

• Maintain tender records and documentation

• Coordinate with project, accounts, and legal teams for inputs

• Ensure timely submission of tenders

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of tendering processes

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Familiarity with online tender portals (GeM, E-Proc, etc.) is a plus

• Good written and communication skills

• Basic MS Office knowledge
