Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Explain product details and benefits to potential customers

Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/monthly targets

Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Update CRM / records with call details and order status

Coordinate with operations team for smooth order processing

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

Sales mindset with target-oriented approach

Basic knowledge of computer and calling process

Prior telesales experience is a plus.
