• Prepare, compile, and submit tenders/bids for MEP projects
• Present technical proposals and MEP solutions to clients
• Conduct regular site visits and attend client meetings
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms to close orders
• Develop and manage client relationships to generate repeat business
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and project execution teams
• Track and follow up on submitted bids and active opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report progress to management
