We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Utkarsh Global Foundation. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to companies and corporate offices
• Connect with Business Professionals and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) departments
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with corporate representatives
• Follow up via calls and emails for confirmations and discussions
• Maintain accurate databases and records of interactions
• Generate leads and support corporate fundraising initiatives
• Manage end-to-end coordination through calls and emails
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Proficiency in at least one regional language from South India or West India (e.g., Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, etc.)
Candidates originally from cities like Chennai, Kerala, Maharashtra, etc., currently residing in Mumbai, will be preferred
Confidence in handling B2B corporate conversations
Strong email drafting, follow-up, and client communication skills
A persuasive, proactive, and result-driven approach
Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to travel to different cities for client meetings
