Uruvar Labs एक AgriTech और Sustainable Agribusiness कंपनी है, जो किसानों, विक्रेताओं, मंडी व्यापारियों, रिटेलर्स, होलसेलर्स और उपभोक्ताओं को डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म से जोड़ने के लिए AI, ML और ICT आधारित समाधान विकसित कर रही है। हमें ऐसे ऊर्जावान और लक्ष्य-केंद्रित Business Development Manager की आवश्यकता है, जो कंपनी के बिजनेस विस्तार और स्थानीय मार्केट नेटवर्क को मजबूत करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सके।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

- Shamli एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों में नए Farmers, Sellers, Retailers, Wholesalers, Mandi Traders और Business Partners को Uruvar प्लेटफॉर्म से जोड़ना।

- नए ग्राहकों और व्यापारिक साझेदारों की पहचान करना तथा नियमित field visits करना।

- Uruvar Kisan और Uruvar Mandi के बारे में लोगों को समझाना और onboarding/KYC प्रक्रिया में सहायता करना।

- नए business leads तैयार करना और उन्हें successful customers/partners में convert करना।

- Sales और business growth के निर्धारित monthly/weekly targets को पूरा करना।

- स्थानीय बाजार, प्रतिस्पर्धियों और ग्राहकों की आवश्यकताओं की जानकारी एकत्र करना।

- Sellers और customers के साथ मजबूत और लंबे समय के संबंध बनाना।

- Marketing campaigns, promotional activities और local business development activities में भाग लेना।

- दैनिक/साप्ताहिक progress report और market feedback management team को देना।

- Uruvar Labs की growth, orders, seller network और market presence बढ़ाने के लिए नई रणनीतियाँ सुझाना।

आवश्यक योग्यता

- Graduation/MBA/BBA या संबंधित क्षेत्र में योग्यता।

- Business Development, Sales या Marketing में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता।

- अच्छे communication, negotiation और leadership skills।

- Field work और target-based job करने की क्षमता।

- स्वयं का वाहन और वैध Driving Licence आवश्यक।

- न्यूनतम 1 वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय।

महत्वपूर्ण: शुरुआती 2 महीनों में कंपनी द्वारा transport expense प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार को field visits के लिए अपने वाहन और यात्रा व्यवस्था की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं संभालनी होगी।
