Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Business Development Associate to join our remote team. The selected candidate will support lead generation, market research, LinkedIn outreach, email communication and meeting coordination.
This role is suitable for someone who has strong communication skills, enjoys interacting with business professionals and wants to build a career in business development, sales and international client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Research potential companies, founders and decision-makers based on the company's target market.
Identify and qualify relevant business leads using LinkedIn, company websites and other professional platforms.
Send personalised LinkedIn messages, connection requests and business emails.
Communicate professionally with prospects and understand their initial business requirements.
Schedule meetings between interested prospects and the senior business development team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, responses and scheduled meetings.
Update lead information and outreach activities in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Follow up with interested prospects in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with the internal team and provide regular updates on outreach performance.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation, outreach and meeting-booking targets.
