Position: Internal Sales Specialist (Business Development Associate – BDA)

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (Work from Office – 6 Days a Week)

What You Will Do:

• Monitor and manage stock availability across SKUs to ensure product readiness

• Stay in constant touch with service partners and build strong working relationships

• Drive partner performance by identifying sales gaps and implementing improvement strategies

• Track day-to-day operations and partner activities to maintain service excellence

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and partner metrics to uncover new growth opportunities

• Speak directly with customers to pitch offerings and drive conversions

• Onboard new partners and ensure smooth integration into the UC ecosystem

What We’re Looking For:

• Smart, street-savvy individuals with a bias for action

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and analysis

• Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred

• Must own a laptop

• Immediate joiners preferred
