Business Development Executive

Managing tenant relationships, on call. Handling Leasing and rent collection and optimizing property profitability.

➢ The role also involves resolving tenant issues, coordinating with vendors and contractors & maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.

➢ Interact with client’s via-calls and emails at initial stage. Make sales pitch to customers by understanding their needs and requirements.

➢ Person must able to do 70 to 100 calls per day, able to contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

➢ Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline. Proactively develop opportunities to sell products & solutions to prospective clients.
