We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in sales and business development.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and helping drive business growth through strategic outreach and lead generation.
Research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities.
Contact potential leads via calls, emails, or social media.
Schedule meetings and presentations to pitch products or services.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and lead status.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for feedback and improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new clients.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
