Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, site visits, digital platforms, and networking.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers.
Follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain a database of leads and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and sales for campaign activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
