Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to help grow our property management business. The role involves identifying new property owners, building partnerships with developers, and promoting property management services to potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach property owners, builders, and real estate agents for tie-ups.

  • Generate leads and convert them into clients for property management services.

  • Conduct property visits and understand client requirements.

  • Present company services and benefits to property owners.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients.

  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

  • Meet monthly business targets and submit performance reports.

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.

  • Good knowledge of the real estate or property management sector.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Basic understanding of sales and negotiation.
