Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to property owners and explain company property management services.

  • Handle incoming enquiries from property owners and tenants.

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and online portals.

  • Convince property owners to onboard their properties with the company.

  • Follow up regularly with interested clients to close deals.

  • Maintain lead details and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with operations team after successful property onboarding.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English + Kannada).

  • Convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps).

  • Customer-friendly approach.

  • Ability to work with targets.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate / undergraduate

  • Freshers are welcome

  • Experience in real estate or tele sales is an added advantage
