Make outbound calls to property owners and explain company property management services.
Handle incoming enquiries from property owners and tenants.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and online portals.
Convince property owners to onboard their properties with the company.
Follow up regularly with interested clients to close deals.
Maintain lead details and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations team after successful property onboarding.
Good communication skills (English + Kannada).
Convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling apps).
Customer-friendly approach.
Ability to work with targets.
Any graduate / undergraduate
Freshers are welcome
Experience in real estate or tele sales is an added advantage
