The BDE will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, and property onboarding.
Work role differs for female and male candidates as below.


For Female Candidates – Inside Sales

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming & outgoing calls to property owners.

  • Explain property management services over phone.

  • Generate and follow up leads via calls & WhatsApp.

  • Maintain lead data & daily reports.

  • Coordinate with field sales team for closures.

Skills Required

  • Good communication

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Convincing & follow-up skills


For Male Candidates – Inside + Outside Sales

Responsibilities

  • Handle calling & lead follow-ups.

  • Visit property owners / landlords / sites.

  • Pitch services and close deals.

  • Conduct field visits & site inspections.

  • Achieve monthly targets.

  • Communication & negotiation

  • Willingness to do field work

  • Target-oriented approach
