Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with property owners, and promoting the company’s property management services. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential property owners and landlords.
Explain property management services and convert leads into clients.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Handle client queries and provide appropriate property management solutions.
Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth onboarding of clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
Knowledge of real estate/property management is an added advantage.
Good in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target oriented.
