Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads and convert them into clients for our Property Management Services such as rent management, tenant handling, maintenance coordination, and property leasing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through calls, online portals, and references

  • Explain company services to property owners and clients

  • Follow up with interested leads and close deals

  • Maintain client records and update CRM

  • Coordinate with operations and property management team

  • Achieve monthly sales targets

  • Attend meetings and provide daily reports


Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English + Kannada/Tamil/Telugu preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling

  • Confidence in speaking to clients

  • MS Excel / basic computer knowledge


Eligibility:

  • Any graduate / Undergraduate

  • Fresher or 0–1 years experience in sales/BDE/real estate

  • Both male & female candidates can apply


Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month
