Handle incoming and outgoing calls to explain our Rent-to-Rent property management services to property owners.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp messages, and online platforms for the Rent-to-Rent model.
Convert enquiries into property onboarding, including convincing owners to give their property on rent to the company under the Rent-to-Rent agreement.
Explain how the Rent-to-Rent concept works (company takes property and pays fixed monthly rent).
Follow up with potential leads regularly to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
Maintain a proper lead database and track all follow-up statuses.
Coordinate with the field team for property visits, photos, and agreement processing.
Support customers with service details, benefits of Rent-to-Rent, and pricing information.
Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and sharing required documents with property owners.
Achieve monthly inside sales targets related to property onboarding.
Provide daily/weekly performance reports to the manager.
Excellent communication skills (Kannada + English preferred).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills, especially with property owners.
Good knowledge or basic understanding of the Rent-to-Rent concept (preferred).
Customer handling and strong follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools.
Target-driven attitude with strong sales confidence.
Any Degree.
Freshers or candidates with telesales/inside sales/real estate experience preferred.
