We’re looking for Business Development Executives with experience, who can drive revenue growth through strategic outreach and client engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, refine, and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets
• Identify and engage potential clients within the education, edtech, and skilling space
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, nurturing them through the sales funnel
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and lead generation efforts
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track interactions via CRM
• Conduct product demos, pitch solutions, and negotiate contracts
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields
• 1–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in EdTech or Education
Required Skills
• Proven track record in B2B or institutional sales
• Deep understanding of the education/edtech ecosystem
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and client-handling abilities
Preferred Skills
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Familiarity with educational products, admission cycles, and lead generation channels
• Understanding of digital marketing and sales automation is a plus
