Key Responsibilities for Business Developer (Marketing/ Sales) at Universal Hunt:

• Strategize new opportunities for business acquisition & penetration with existing and new clients through various portals.
• Engage with domestic and international companies for leadership hiring needs.
• Identifying the decision makers and decision influencers in the prospective companies and introducing them about company offerings to them.
• Connect with hiring managers, recruiters, and senior executives to explain our services.
• Highlight past clients to build credibility and trust.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and MonsterGulf to find and connect with potential clients.
• Make follow-up calls and maintain continuous communication with clients.
• Manage relationships to ensure successful client engagement and satisfaction.
