We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Executive from the Logistics Industry. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and driving sales for logistics services such as freight forwarding, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the logistics sector
Pitch logistics services to prospective clients and close deals
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations team
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM, sales reports, and follow-up records
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors
Minimum 6 months and maximum 3 years of experience in Logistics Sales / BDE
Good understanding of logistics operations (transportation, freight, supply chain)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
