Position: Business Development Executive

JOB ROLE: 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and markets within the chemical manufacturing sector. Generate and qualify new sales leads through inbound and outbound activities (calls, emails, online research). Maintain and update the CRM system with leads and opportunities. 2. Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare and deliver accurate product quotations based on customer requirements. Work closely with the pricing and production teams to ensure that quotes are competitive and feasible. Follow up on proposals to secure customer orders and address any questions or concerns.
Track sales activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, and report progress regularly to senior management. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team. Provide accurate forecasts and updates on sales pipeline activities.
Qualification Required: B.SC/M.SC (Bio-chemistry, Biology, Botany, Agriculture, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Micro Biology, Physics, Zoology, Surface Coating, Paint Technology, Polymer, Flavour & Fragrance, Aroma, Organic Chemistry, Textile Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry.)
