Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with an MBA background to drive sales and business growth in the Labor Contracting sector. This is a field-intensive role requiring direct interaction with clients, Industries and companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, growing business and bringing new opportunities for company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the labor contracting and manpower outsourcing space.
Conduct field visits to industrial zones, factories, warehouses, and construction sites to understand client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients.
Pitch, Negotiate and close contracts fulfilling the clients’ requirements.
Ensure all contracts comply with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: MBA in Marketing/ Other fields.
· Should have hands-on in LinkedIn
· Experience: 0-1 year
· Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented with a field-sales mindset.
· Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
