Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Pune

Department: Sales / Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with an MBA background to drive sales and business growth in the Labor Contracting sector. This is a field-intensive role requiring direct interaction with clients, Industries and companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, growing business and bringing new opportunities for company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the labor contracting and manpower outsourcing space.

  • Conduct field visits to industrial zones, factories, warehouses, and construction sites to understand client requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients.

  • Pitch, Negotiate and close contracts fulfilling the clients’ requirements.

  • Ensure all contracts comply with labor laws and statutory requirements.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

·         Education: MBA in Marketing/ Other fields.

·         Should have hands-on in LinkedIn

·         Experience: 0-1 year

·         Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Self-motivated and target-oriented with a field-sales mindset.

·         Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
