About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Shipping & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting international business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through email marketing, calls, and follow-ups

• Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain consistent client follow-ups

• Share pricing, quotations, and service details with potential and existing clients

• Clearly explain company shipping and logistics services in a professional manner

• Build, maintain, and regularly update the client database

• Develop and maintain repeat business from existing clients

• Handle international business inquiries and client communications

• Coordinate with overseas agents, partners, and internal teams

• Ensure timely communication and smooth business operations

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Logistics industry is an advantage

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Basic knowledge of email marketing and client coordination

• Ability to handle international clients and business inquiries

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email tools, and CRM systems (preferred)

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
