Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

📌 Role: Business Development Executive

📍 Locations:

East Delhi, West Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Jaipur

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for energetic and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) for a pure field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding vendors dealing in used two-wheelers.

This role requires individuals who are proactive, street-smart, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach vendors dealing in used two-wheelers
Onboard vendors and build strong business relationships
Manage end-to-end vendor acquisition in assigned territory
Travel across the city to meet potential partners
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets

👤 Candidate Requirements

Male candidates only
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales
Background from companies like Udaan, Paytm, Pine Labs preferred
Should have good communication skills in Hindi
Aggressive, target-driven, and hustler mindset
Stable work history (at least 1 year in previous role preferred)
Comfortable with extensive field work

Salary: ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Nature of Job: 100% Field Role (travel across assigned city required)
