Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
Convert leads into business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about achieving targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
