Role & responsibilities

Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve performance

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Manage and resolve customer issues and concerns

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives

Set clear and measurable sales goals and track progress towards achieving them

Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team

Coach and mentor sales representatives to develop their skills and knowledge

Develop and implement sales training programs

Manage and forecast sales budgets and expenses

Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve performance
