Role Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team — someone who can identify new clients (in India and potentially abroad), drive sales, and help grow Trayabhakam Digital’s client base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and approach potential clients who may need digital-marketing, web development, or lead generation services.
Present Trayabhakam Digital’s services (social media management, video editing, lead generation, web design, etc.) convincingly to prospective clients. Trayabhakam Digital
Maintain relationships with existing clients — ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Tailor sales pitches based on client needs (e.g. small business needing social-media management; corporate needing website + lead generation).
Meet monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates: daily/weekly reporting of outreach, client interactions, leads pipeline, conversions, client feedback.
Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings in digital marketing/web services space.
Coordinate between clients and internal creative/development team for smooth delivery once a deal is closed.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (or as per company’s HR policy).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Passion for sales and ability to convincingly present digital-marketing/web-services.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting targets.
Customer-first mindset; professional approach.
Willingness to work with clients based in India or abroad (global clients possible).
Good organizational skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups, and to report daily work transparently.
