Job Description

EdTech Sales – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Connect with students/parents through calls and explain courses/programs.

  • Understand their requirements and recommend suitable courses.

  • Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.

  • Handle queries related to courses, fees, batches, and programs.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.

  • Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.

  • Build a good relationship with students and parents.

  • Coordinate with the internal team for the enrollment process.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
