IndiaMART Sales Executive – Textile Industry

Handled IndiaMART seller account for textile products such as fabrics, garments, home textiles, and accessories
Managed daily buyer inquiries and leads generated through IndiaMART
Responded to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails with quick turnaround time
Understood buyer requirements and suggested suitable textile products
Prepared and shared quotations, product catalogs, images, and samples
Followed up with buyers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Negotiated pricing, MOQs, delivery timelines, and payment terms
Coordinated with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams
