The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting travel packages, and increasing company sales. The role includes building relationships with clients and converting leads into bookings.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads for travel packages.
Promote domestic and international tour packages to clients.
Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and social media.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for travel bookings.
Maintain records of leads, customers, and sales reports.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism
Experience
1–5years experience in sales or business development (travel industry preferred).
