Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Thikse’s software services.

• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions.

• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

• Handle initial client queries and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and generate qualified leads.

• Maintain professional communication and represent the brand positively.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of software/IT services is an advantage.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

Qualification:

• Minimum: Graduate in any stream

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided

Work Timings:

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
