📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our wedding photography and filmmaking team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

• Make the first call to leads, understand their requirements & explain services.

• Share packages, portfolios, and offers through WhatsApp/email.

• Fix meetings or video calls for detailed discussions with clients.

• Follow up with clients for 10 days or until closure.

• Coordinate with the team to check shoot dates, availability, and custom requirements.

• Maintain lead sheet / CRM regularly.

• Attend wedding exhibitions or collaborate with venues (if required).

• Suggest and implement new ideas to generate leads and improve conversions.
  

✅ Skills Required:

• Good communication (Hindi/English both)

• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)

• Basic knowledge of wedding photography and films is a plus

• Confident in handling clients

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
